Return and Exchange Policy - Istabraq Store

We care about your satisfaction. Here is our policy regarding returns and exchanges:

• Return Period: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, we will cover all costs. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee (28 SAR).

• Excluded Products: For health and safety reasons, certain products (such as used perfumes or cosmetics) may not be eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect.
